This podcast was developed to assist individuals in how to better deal with major anxiety and depression. A sure fire way to question/exercise the mind to find peace and clarity. I interview humans that have amazing life stories and I ask them some deep questions of self inquiry to assist them in finding a better version of themselves.

Ramrod Ruthy! My grandma Ruth McMillan is 96 years old and still going strong. She spends her summers in Bear Lake, Idaho and her winters in Lehi Utah. She has been through a ton on this planet. She has some amazing stories and describes growing up in the early 1900’s. Wagons and horses for transportation, hot bricks for heat, and how they stored food for the winter in the homemade dirt cellars. Gardening and farming was their way of life. She discusses running a bowling sports shop that eventually she had to close in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ended up being one of her biggest struggles. She has had 3 husbands pass away in her lifetime. She talks of her family and friends and the struggles of growing up in her generation. How she spends time now reading and enjoying her time at Bear Lake. How does she want to spend her last day here on earth? We will hear! I sure do love you Grandma. Thanks for the interview!
